Terms of Service — MyAiCompany

  1. Purpose. MyAiCompany is published by NINABOT Sàrl, Geneva. It lets a person (“the client”) create and run a company: site, shop, domain, mail, agents, maic credits. The client alone is responsible for their business, content and legal duties.
  2. Subscription and credits. Founder plan CHF 20/month, cancellable for the end of the current month; 2,000 maic credited on the 1st. Maic are prepaid usage credits (1 maic = CHF 0.01 of usage). They never expire while the account exists, but are never refundable nor convertible to cash, including at closure. Every spend requires explicit consent in the deck. Real-world spends (domain, hosting, mission) are final once the third party confirms; others are charged at actual use. Shop revenue goes to the client's own Stripe account; the platform takes 5 % of collected amounts via Stripe.
  3. Domain names. Registered in the client's name; NINABOT is technical contact and manager. Before any registration the client fills in the holder (name, address, phone) in the deck; that holder is recorded as owner at the registry, NINABOT being technical and billing contact only. The client may leave with their domain at any time, on request from the deck (Plant → Ownership and exit) or by e-mail: the transfer code is sent to the holder's address, free of charge; if a transfer lock is on, NINABOT lifts it within five working days and notifies the client. A domain registered before the holder was filled in is put in the holder's name on request. No refund for a started registration or renewal year. Minors cannot be owners; the parent or guardian is, and consents to real spends.
  4. E-mail. [email protected], then info@<domain> and personal addresses delivered to the client's own mailbox. Full mailboxes are a paid option at provider price plus displayed margin. Sending capped at 500 mails per month; spam or spoofing means immediate suspension of sending.
  5. Intellectual property. What the client creates or has created is theirs, including the site code in their repository (kits under a free licence for that site). The platform stays NINABOT's (deck, API, original kits, house agents, trademarks). Marketplace agents remain their author's property; the client gets a licence; agent output belongs to the client. Pool-funded agents: author keeps ownership, funders get a perpetual licence, resale priced above the funded cost.
  6. Data return. On request, everything is returned: full git repository, database extract (customers, products, orders, invoices, leads, tickets, log), uploaded files, Library notes. One-click export in the deck; written requests handled within 30 days, free. Maic credits are not returned.
  7. Closure. 30-day grace period (cancellable), then holding page (freeze), then permanent deletion 30 days later. The domain stays with the client. Unpaid subscription freezes the account after 14 days of warnings.
  8. Prohibited uses and moderation. Illegal content under Swiss law, counterfeiting, scams, hate, sexual content involving minors, impersonation, spam. Automatic review before every publication; refused content is not published, doubtful content is reviewed by a person; the client can contest through Support.
  9. Availability and liability. Provided “as is”, target 99.5 % monthly availability, public status page. AI agents can be wrong: the client reviews what commits their company. NINABOT's liability is capped at the amounts paid in the last twelve months, except gross negligence.
  10. Personal data. Hosted in Switzerland; processors listed in the privacy policy. Swiss law (FADP), courts of Geneva.
